Jake Cook

Jake has worked in commercial real estate since 2015, focused on industrial property and development land in the northern Denver metro, especially along the I-76 and Highway 85 corridors. He represents clients in sales and leasing, from Fortune 500 companies expanding in the region to local owner-operators securing the buildings and yards their businesses run on.

He grew up around real estate development and construction, and has hands-on experience in construction and environmental remediation. That background shapes how he reads a complex site: what it will take to develop, where the problems are, and where the value is that others miss.

Much of his work is off-market, built on long-standing relationships across the northern industrial market. Outside the office he spends time with his wife and young daughter, and he is an avid outdoorsman: bird hunting, fly fishing, snowboarding and golf.
