Tom Myers

A Denver native, Tom has been a top-producing broker for more than three decades. He represents major property users and owners as well as small and mid-size companies and start-ups, and works as a team with Jake Cook.

Before brokerage he practised business and real estate law. He holds an economics degree with honors from Arizona State University and a law degree from the UCLA School of Law. He began his brokerage career at a major national firm, handling industrial transactions locally and nationally, then spent twenty years at a boutique commercial firm in Denver, working on industrial property and nearly every other product type.

As an investor and developer himself, he brings an owner's perspective to every assignment. Tom is married to Ann, has two grown children and a rescue dog, and enjoys travel, sports and the outdoors. He gives his time to adopting families at the holidays, supporting the people who keep us safe, and helping kids.
